HARBOUR SOUR
firstly chill a coctail glass with ice, then:
25 ml fresh lime juice
15 ml monin cocos syrup
20 ml amaretto
20 ml cointreau
25 ml strawberry puree
Egg white
We shake a ingredients with ice, then we take the ice out and we shake again (dry shake)
